KATHLEEN MARIE DOLEN January 17, 1971 – October 19, 2013 Kathleen Marie “Kathy” Dolen, 42, passed away Saturday at her home in Vallejo following a long illness. A native and lifelong resident of Vallejo, Kathy was born to Richard Jr. and Susan Branch on January 17, 2013. She enjoyed reading, writing, listening to music, walking and painting. She was loved tremendously by her family and friends and will be truly missed. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Elmo Holsten. Survivors include her daughter, Megan Dolan; son, Patrick Dolen Jr.; mother, Susan Holsten Branch; father, Richard Branch Jr.; brothers, Richard Branch III and Thomas Branch; grandparents, Evelyn Holsten and Richard Sr. & Dorothy Branch; grandchildren, Esmeralda and Marcos; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. Friday at Twin Chapels Mortuary, 1100 Tennessee St., Vallejo.
