Mr. Singh was the owner/operator of Pooni Yard Service in Vallejo for more than 30 years. Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Friday and funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday all at Twin Chapels Mortuary, 1100 Tennessee Street, Vallejo.
